OUR TRACK RECORD

Capital District Community Loan Fund (CDCLF) financing has had a significant and lasting impact. The Community Loan Fund has invested over $19 million in the Capital Region to over 425 projects including daycare centers, homeownership programs, woman's shelters, homeless shelters, healthcare facilities, senior housing, youth programs and micro enterprises. The total amount leveraged for our region's community development is now over $57 million.

 

Over the past more than 20 years, CDCLF has had a significant and lasting impact in our area:

Over $19 million has been invested in 440 high social impact projects leveraging a total value of over $57 million in other project resources.
 
Over 650 affordable housing units and 1,304 day care slots created or preserved, and over 150 non-profit organizations have been served.
 
Financed over 125 micro enterprises and small businesses.
 
Over 300 people received training in business planning, legal issues and financial literacy.
 
Over 90 commercial units purchased or renovated.
 
Created and retained over 800 jobs.
 
Focused on disinvested neighborhoods and women, minorities and low income people.
 
Generated significant sustainable community economic development activity.
